SHIPPING: We gladly offer free shipping on all U.S. orders!  Our current processing time is 3-5 business days, excluding all major U.S. holidays. All shipments are processed in the order they are received.

Once you have completed placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will also receive an email when your order ships. If you have not received a notification email within 5 business days, please contact us.

RETURNS: We do not offer returns. If you aren’t satisfied with your order, please email us and we are glad to coordinate a solution.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Each order receives a tracking number. Once an order has been marked as “delivered”, Blackk Label is no longer responsible. If you feel like your order is lost or possibly stolen, please contact your local USPS with your order tracking information for further help.
